Preparation:
Mixing Procedure
- Mix all ingredients of Phase A with moderate to fast propeller agitation while heating to 70°C. Add the Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer slowly to the mixing vessel to ensure proper mixing
- Mix all components of Phase B at room temperature. Slowly add Phase B (to ensure proper neutralization of the polymer) to Phase A at 70°C and mix until uniform.
- Begin cooling to 50°C. Add ingredients of Phase C with medium propeller agitation at 45-50°C. Cool to room temperature and add the Florabeads Jojoba 28/60 Jade of Phase D with slow, sweep agitation.
