Preparation:
Procedure • Sprinkle Carbopol® Ultrez 20 polymer onto the surface of water. Wait until the polymer has completely “wet out”. Start gentle agitation for 10 minutes. • Add PART A surfactants to the batch with gentle mixing. • Neutralize to pH 6.5 with sodium hydroxide solution while mixing. Heat to 65-70°C • Melt PART B in a separate vessel by heating to 65-70°C and then add to the batch. Mix until uniform and start cooling with agitation. • At 40°C, add PART C ingredients to the batch in order and mix until uniform.
