Preparation:
Combine ingredients of phase A and B, separately, and heat up to 75°C. Add phase B to A and homogenize at medium-high speed. Keep under stirring and add phase C. Below 45°C add the premixed phase D under stirring. Add phase E, one ingredient at a time and verify the pH, adjusting to 5.5 -6 with phase F.
