Preparation:
1 PHASE A In main beaker, add Phase A ingredients mixing with propeller mixer and heat to 40-45C. 2 Transfer Phase A to homo-mixer maintaing the temperature 40-45C 3 PHASE B In side beaker, add Phase B ingredients mixing with propeller mixer and heat to 40-45C. 4 Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with homo-mixing . 5 Continue mixing Phase AB for 10 - 15 minutes. 6 Cool down Phase AB to 30-35C with homo-mixing. 7 Switch to side sweep mixing at 30-35C. 8 PHASE C Add Phase C ingredients to Phase AB at 25-30C and mix until homogeneous. 9 Ajust pH to 6.50-7.50.
