Preparation:
1 PHASE A In main beaker, add Phase A ingredients. Mix with propeller mixer and heat to 35-40C. 2 PHASE B In side beaker, add Phase B ingredients. Mix with propeller mixer and heat to 35-40C. Transfer Phase A to homo-mixer while maintaining the temperature 35-40C. 3 Slowly add Phase B to Phase A. Continue mixing Phase AB for 10-15 minutes. Cool down Phase AB to 30-35C and switch to sweep mixing. 4 PHASE C Add Phase C ingredients to phase AB and mix until homogeneous. 5 PHASE D Add Phase D ingredients to phase ABC and mix until homogeneous. 6 Adjust pH 5.00 - 6.00.
