Normalizing Shampoo

Preparation:

Preliminary Phases Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard Phase D: Mix the ingredients until clear solution; if necessary heat the phase to 40°C. Addition scheme

1. In the main mixer, add A1 to water while mixing with blades; then homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10'.
2. Add ingredients A2 and mix, until solution, after each addition.
3. Add A3, homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10', then heat the phase to 65°C under vacuum. At this temperature, homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10'. Sample and check homogeneity.
4. Stop heating and add C, then mix for 5’ while starting to cool to room temperature.
5. Add phase D and E while mixing with blades under vacuum for 5’ after each addition. Take a sample for analytical controls.
