The New York chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC) has elected its 2026 executive board, which will be led by chair Anushka Nadkarni starting 1 January.
The chair-elect for next year is Afam Okoro.
Okoro, who has around 18 years of industry experience with P2 Science, Rossow and Inolex, will take over from Nadkarni on 1 January 2027.

“I am honoured to lead this incredible chapter and continue strengthening our mission of education, innovation, and community,” said Nadkarni.
“With this outstanding board, dedicated committee members, and our passionate volunteers, NYSCC will continue expanding opportunities for scientists at every stage of their careers,” she added.
The next NYSCC Suppliers’ Day takes place on 19-20 May at the Javits Convention Centre, Manhattan.
