Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and D up to 70-75°C.
- Add B into A and stir until the gel is fully developed.
- Add C into AB.
- Keep ABC at 70-75°C under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add D into ABC under medium stirring and keep under stirring for 5 minutes to emulsify.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level for 3 minutes to homogenize the emulsion.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add E (ingredients one by one), F, G and H below 40°C. 9. Adjust the pH if necessary.
