Preparation:

Phase A: Fill Zetesap into a mixer (amalgamator). Phase B: Pre-mix water, d-Panthenol and Cublen K 60 in a separate vessel and mix until homogenous. Then pour this solution in the running amalgamator. Phase C: Finally add perfume and rice oil to the mixing process and mix until a homogenous dispersion of the additives on the surface of the pellets is guaranteed (approx. 10-15 min). Further production can proceed as with a classical soap production line.

Notes:

Natural soap-free emulsion cleansing bar containing laquer tree wax and rice oil. Appearance: Solid, ivory bar. pH value (10%): Approx. 6.5 (can be adusted to 5.5)
