Formulating design and advantages: This vegan, natural lip balm provides broad spectrum protection from UVA & UVB rays using zinc oxide, perfectly dispersed in an elegant combination of ingredients. Our Kester Wax BWR serves as a beeswax replacement, retaining its properties as a structurant, emollient, and plasticizer. Sunflower Wax increases stick esthetics and stability, while Orange Peel Wax provides lips with anti-Inflammatory benefits and adds interest to the label.

Preparation:
Procedure: Combine all ingredients, melt at 90 - 95 °C and mix until uniform. Pour into molds at about 85 °C and cool.
Notes:
*SPF estimate Stability: One month at room temperature, one month at 45 °C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
