Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Prepare phase B: grind each pigment at 50% in glycerin (three times in a three roll mill).
- Heat A and C up to 80-85°C. Keep A at 80-85°C under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B into A under slow stirring.
- Add C into AB under medium stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add ingredients of D one after the other below 40°C. 8. Adjust the pH if necessary.
