Preparation:

  1. Combine Sequence #1 ingredients in main vessel and heat to 70-75?C with propeller mixing.
  2. When Jaguar C17 is fully hydrated and clear, add Sequence #2 ingredients to main vessel and continue heating and mixing.
  3. When batch temperature is 70-75?C add Sequence #3 to main vessel. Hold at temperature while mixing for 5 minutes.
  4. With continued mixing, slowly cool the batch.
  5. When batch reaches 25?C add Sequence #4 and Sequence #5 with mixing, batch will thicken. *Adjust final pH to within specification with Citric Acid Solution.
