Preparation:
- In main kettle, disperse Pemulen® TR2 into Sequence 1 with rapid mixing. Heat Sequence 1 to 75°C.
- In a separate vessel, combine Sequence 2, heat to 70°C.
- Add Sequence 2 to Sequence 1 and mix until a uniform smooth emulsion is formed.
- Start cooling batch, switch to a paddle blade and mix with slow speed.
- Continue cooling to 25-30°C.
