Preparation:
- Mix Sequence #1 ingredients at 80?C with medium speed propeller stirring until dispersed.
- Heat Sequence #2 to 80°C, then add to Sequence #1 under propeller mixer. Mix for 15 minutes or until the emulsification is completed.
- Remove from heat and add Sequence #3 to main vessel, batch will thicken slightly.
- When batch is below 60°C add Sequence #4, and #5 with mixing and continue cooling.
- Shutdown mixing when batch reaches 32°C.

SPECIFICATIONS: pH: 6.5 ± 0.2 Viscosity: TF at 3 rpm (Helipath:ON) = 209,300 cps ± 10% Stability: 30 days at 50°C
