Preparation:

  1. Mix water and TEA first using an overhead prop mixer in the main tank. 2) Add Phase B Jeesperse® ICE-T-LB-T to the main tank, mix until homogenous. 3) Add Phase C Glycerin. Mix well and continue adding Petrolatum until homogenous. 4) Add Phase E Jeechem® IPP and mix well. 5) Add Phase F water to the main tank. Mix until homogenous. 6) Add Phase G Lactic Acid and Phase H Disodium EDTA. Mix well.
  2. Add Phase I Titanium Dioxide. Wait until the powder is completely dispersed, then add Phase K preservatives. 8) Make final target property checks for appearance, viscosity and pH.

Stability Freeze/Thaw: Stable Accelerated/Room Temperature: Pending

Target Properties Appearance: Smooth, Viscous Viscosity: 88,000cps pH: 7.1
