Preparation:

Hydrate carbomer with water. Then add glycerin and stir until dissolved. Heat to 75°C. In a separate beaker add cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-20, ploysorbate-60, sweet almond oil, shea butter and cocoa butter and heat to 75°C. Combine phases A and B. Homogenise for 5 minutes at medium speed. Cool to below 60°C and add triethyl citrate, glyceryl caprylate, benzoic acid and HoliSurf LF. Adjust pH using sodium hydroxide solution.

Notes:

Appearance: Viscous white cream pH at 20°C: 5.5-6.0
