Preparation:

  1. Phase A - add water into beaker with propeller mixer.
  2. Slowly sprinkle in carbomer and mix until fully dispersed.
  3. When carbomer completely dispersed, neutralize with AMP to pH 6.0.
  4. Add Ethanol, mix well.
  5. Premix Phase B. When homogeneous add to Phase A and mix well.
  6. Premix Phase C. When homogeneous add to Phase AB and mix well.
  7. Phase D - adjust pH to 5.25-5.5 with Citric Acid.

Appearance: Clear gel pH: 5.25-5.5 Viscosity: Thick gel
