Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and C up to 70-75°C.
- Keep A at 70-75°C under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add premix B into A and stir until the gel is fully developed.
- Add C into AB under slow stirring and keep stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level to homogenize the emulsion.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add D (ingredients one by one), E and F below 40°C. 8. Adjust the pH if necessary.
