Preparation:
PHASE A : Mix phase A and heat up to 60°C in order to dissolve SymSave® H and Hydrolite® 5 green. PHASE B : Pre-paste gelling agents in the glycerin, then pour into phase A once all preservatives are dissolved. Heat up to 80°C. PHASE C : Heat up butters and the emulsifier to 80°C. Emulsify under high stirring (2300 rpm) during 15 minutes, then cool down. PHASE D : After emulsification add phase D. PHASE E : Add one by one when temperature is below 40°C.
