Preparation:

  1. In the mixer Nr. 1, add:
  • PURIFY WATER
    Hydrate the CARBOPOL ULTREZ 20 (make sure to disperse carefully after hydration)
  1. Later introduce:
  • SUSTERA propanediol (ex ZEMEA)
  • INUTEC H25P
  1. Heat to 75°C
  2. In mixer No. 2 introduce:
  • DUB 810 C (100% vegetal)
  • PREMIUM ORGANIC COCONUT BUTTER
  • DUB MUG
  1. Heat up to 75°C
    When both mixers have reached 75°C, prepare the emulsion:
  2. Pour mixer Nr. 2 into mixer Nr.1
  3. Homogenize for 5 minutes
  4. Let cool down and at 50°C introduce: SPECTRASTAT OL
  5. Homogenize for 5 minutes
  6. At 30°C, adjust the pH to 6+/-0,25 with an 10% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution
