MAKE ME GLOW TONER – BUFFER-FREE FORMULATION

This toner combines two key active ingredients, AA2GTM and Alpha Glucosyl Hesperidin, to promote healthy-looking, radiant skin while providing a soft, refreshing feel. The buffer-free system is achieved by using Arginine as a neutralizer. MG-60 imparts a silky feeling. Pullulan improves lubricity and delivers a silicone-like finish at low concentrations.

Preparation:

Prepare phase B by adding Alcaligenes Polysaccharides to water while stirring continuously until homogeneous. Add phase B to A while stirring continuously until homogeneous. Prepare phase C by dissolving AA2GTM in water and adjusting the pH to about 4.2 with Arginine. Add phase C to AB while stirring. Add each ingredient of phase D one at a time to ABC. Add each ingredient of phase E to ABCD one at a time.
