Long Wear Mascara With CL-2080 KMA-036

Kobo Products

This mascara contains CL-2080 and a resin composite, Koboguard® 5400 SQ, which both aid in providing a water-resistant film and long wear. Kobo's Pigmentary Dispersions, W60BBNFAP and WSJ22BNF, are used in combination to provide a deep black shade and film-forming properties. MSS-500/20N helps provide volume to the lashes.

Preparation:

  1. Heat Part 1 to 80°C in auxiliary tank.
  2. Heat Part 2 to 80°C in main tank.
  3. Add Part 1 to Part 2 in main tank with propellor and sweep agitation at 80°C.
  4. Cool to 50°C.
  5. Add Part 3 ingredients at 50°C.
  6. Add Part 4 at 45°C.
  7. Cool to 25-27° C.
