Preparation:
Prepare phase A, heat to 85°C. Prepare B without xanthan gum. Add xanthan under stirring. Heat B to 80°C. Mix B under ultra turrax. Mix A into B under turrax 1min 8000 rpm. Cool down under stirring. Add C (one ingredient after another) at RT. Stirr for a while and mix at the end with ultra turrax. Check pH
