Preparation:

  1. Combine Phase A with mixing.
  2. Premix Phase A-1 and add to Phase A. Heat to 70-75oC.
  3. Premix Phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75oC.
  4. Add Phase B premix to A/A-1 phase materials and mix.
  5. Cool batch to 40-45oC.
  6. Add C to the batch and mix until contents are uniform. Homogenize the batch at 3000 rpm for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Add D slowly to adjust the product pH to 4.0- 5.0.

Notes:

Application: Apply to damp hair before shampooing, leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use 1-2 times per week for best results. Hero Ingredient: EverBond® Specifications: • Appearance: White opaque cream/lotion • pH: 4.5-5.5 • Viscosity (Brookfield RV spindle#5, RPM 20): 20,000-30,000 cP • Stability (at 5C, 25C, 45C and 50C for 3 months; Freeze/Thaw: 3 cycles): Completed • PET: Passed
