This gel-cream formulation uses OptaSense RMA-IS as the sole emulsifier to impart ultra-light feel via cold process. Crodamol W is a light emollient that melts on the skin creating a cooling effect and leaving a cushiony after feel. Crodamol ISIS increases in barrier performance and moisturisation on the skin.

Preparation:

Method

  1. Add OptaSenseTM RMA-IS in water while stirring until fully dispersed. Add the rest of the ingredients in Part A.
  2. Add Part B with moderate mixing until homogeneous.
  3. Add Part C and continue mixing until the batch is homogeneous.
  4. Check pH to 6-6.5

Notes:

Appearance: White, opaque cream (Without active) Viscosity: 33,100 cPs (without active) (DV-II+, spindle 6, 20rpm at 1 min) Stability: stable @ 50oC 1 month, 40oC and RT for 3 months
