Preparation:

  1. Heat phase A to 75°C while stirring. From 40°C, add phase B under agitation. If there are some lumps, you can homogenise briefly. As soon as the temperature of 75°C is reached, stir for at least another 30 minutes.
  2. Add phase C to phase A / B while stirring and continue stirring until everything has melted.
  3. Add phase D to phase A / B / C and homogenise for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool down to 25°C.
  5. If necessary, adjust pH to 4.0–4.5 using Sodium hydroxide 30% aq. sol.
  6. Finally, add phase F and homogenise for a further 2 minutes.
