Preparation:
Add phase A ingredients to the main kettle while mixing at medium speed with a prop. Mix for at least 30-45 minutes to fully hydrate the powder. Once uniform, slow mixing and carefully add phase B ingredients, one by one, mixing well in between each addition and trying to avoid too much foaming. Once uniform, add phase C ingredients and continue mixing for 15 minutes before checking quality specifications.
