Preparation:
- In the main vessel add water and slowly disperse the carbopol with mixing. Add the remaining ingredients of Phase A mixing well between each addition and heat to 65-70°C
- Add Phase B ingredients. Mix well.
- Add the pre-mix of Phase C.
- Cool batch to 45°C and add Phase D.

Specifications Appearance: Off-White Serum pH: 6.5 – 7.5 Viscosity: 15,000 – 25,000cps (Spindle TD, 10 RPM, 1 min, 25°C)
