Preparation:
- Heat phase A to 80°C. Add SeaPure™ Agarose, and mix until fully dissolved in water.
- Sprinkle Carbopol into Phase A, mix until fully dispersed in water, and begin to cool to room temperature under stirring.
- Add Phase B to Phase A at 45° C.
- Add Phase C to mixture.
