Preparation:

Use explosion-proof mixers and equipment during batching process.

  1. Combine Part 1 ingredients into main tank and homogenize for 5 minutes.
  2. Add Part 2 to Part 1 and homogenize for 5 minutes.
  3. In a side container using propeller agitation, mix Part 3 ingredients until solution is homogenous and clear.
  4. Add Part 3 slowly to main tank under homogenization and mix for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Part 4 and homogenize for 5 minutes.
