Preparation:
Disperse the carbomer in the water and allow swelling for 1 hour. Heat Part A to 75°C in bain-Marie. Weigh and mix Part B. Weigh, mix and heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Pour Part B into Part A and homogenize with Staro stirring (s=800 rpm). Weigh Part D and add it to Part C. Homogenize well. Add Part C+D to Part A+B with Staro stirring (s=1500 rpm). Add Part E extemporaneously with Staro stirring (s=2000 rpm). Neutralize with Part F with Staro stirring (s=500 rpm). Add Part G and mix well. Add Part H below 35°C and homogenize well.
