Preparation:

  1. Heat Sequence #1 to 75°C, mixing with overhead mixer and propeller blade at medium speed.
  2. Combine Sequence #2, heat to 75°C and mix until fully uniform.
  3. Add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 at medium speed with propeller agitation and hold at 75°C to insure proper blending.
  4. Continue propeller mixing while very slowly lowering batch temperature to 45°C.
  5. At 45°C, add Sequence #3 and Sequence #4 ingredient with continued mixing.
  6. Continuing mixing batch until temperature reaches 25°C to 30°C.

pH: 5.30 +/- 0.20 Viscosity: LV T-E (Helipath) @ 0.6 rpm = 587,600cps ± 10% Stability: 1 month at 50°C.
