Preparation:
- Combine Sequence #1 ingredients and heat to 78-80°C with propeller mixing.
- Heat combined Sequence #2 to 80°C and mix until clear and uniform.
- Slowly add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 with propeller mixing.
- Cool slowly to room temperature with mixing.
- Adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5 using citric acid solution.
