Preparation:
PROCEDURE:
- Combine phase “A” ingredients and begin heating to 80C
- Mix until uniform and begin cooling.
- Add phase “B” and continue mixing.
- At 30C, add phase “C” to main batch.
Notes:
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: pH @ 25ºC = 4.70 Viscosity @ 25ºC (Brookfield RVT; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 6,000cps
STABILITY: Passed 1 months @ 45C
