Preparation:

  1. Charge deionized water into a main kettle and very slowly start mixing with paddle mixer. Add the remaining ingredients in sequence while the batch is mixing.
  2. Mix the batch very gently and slowly to avoid air entrapment.
  3. Add Phase B into Phase A and agitate gently in circular motion until the powder is thoroughly dispersed
  4. Add Phase C into Phases AB mixtures. Mix gently so as not to break the beads until uniformly suspended into the batch.
  5. Fill-up appropriate containers.
