Preparation:
- Pre-mix sequence Phase B at ambient temperature.
- Slowly add in sequence the remaining materials of Phase A into a vortex of water. Start heating the kettle at 78°C.
- Combine Phase C in a separate kettle,heat to 80°C.
- When both Phases AB are at right temperature, add Phase B to Phase A. under homomixer. Mix until uniform.
- Slowly add in sequence the pre-mixed Phase B into the batch, while homomixing it.
- Switch to propeller mixing.
- Cool to 25°C, then add Phase D to the batch.
- Keep in a suitable containers.
