Preparation:
Disperse the carbomer in water and allow to swell for 1 hour with helix stirring (s=300 rpm). Mix Part B and pour it into Part A; homogenize. Weigh Part C, mix it and add it to Part A+B with helix stirring (s=300rpm). Extemporaneously, add Part D to Part A+B+C with helix stirring (s=300 rpm). Allow swelling for 1 hour. Neutralize with Part E and agitate (blade stirring; s=500 rpm). Add Part F to the emulsion and allow stirring for at least 1 hour (blade stirring; s=500 rpm).
