Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A up to 70-75°C.
- Add B in A under slow stirring. Keep under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add C under maximum stirring (with a rotor stator) and stir for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
