Preparation:
Procedure PART A: Mix Ingredients, Heat Part A to 70-80°C. PART B: Mix ingredients, Heat Part B to 70-80°C until completely melted. Maintain temperature at 70-80°C for both PART A & B, and slowly add Part A to Part B with continuous mixing at 300-500 rpm. Mix until uniform. Allow batch to cool to 60-70°C. PART C: Pre-mix ingredients, add Part C to batch at 60-70°C. Mix until uniform. Neutralise batch with Part D. Continue cooling batch. Mix until uniform. When batch is at 50°C, add Part E ingredients one at a time. Continue mixing until uniform and batch has cooled to 40-45°C. Pour into desired containers at 40°C.
