Preparation:
- Disperse Ultrez 10 in DI water (Phase A) using an overhead prop mixer (main tank).
- Add Phase B ingredients to the main tank, mix until uniform.
- Sprinkle in Phase C (Jeesperse® ICE-T BB) to Phase AB, mix well.
- As viscosity builds, begin to add Phase D in the order listed in the formulation. Mix well and homogenize, if necessary.
- Add Phase E. Homogenize after all ingredients are added.
- Make final property checks for appearance, viscosity and pH at room temperature.
Notes:
Appearance: Smooth, Viscous White Emulsion Viscosity: 1,600,000 cps @0.3 rpm with Spindle# 96 (Brookfield LV Machine) with Heliopath-mode. pH = 5.62
Freeze/Thaw: Stable Accelerated /Room Temperature: Stable
