Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure:

  1. Heat A and B up to 75-80°C.
  2. Add B into A.
  3. Mix until the product is thick and homogeneous.
  4. Cool down.
  5. Add slowly C under slow mixing below 40°C.
  6. Adjust the pH (pH>12) with D. The product becomes yellow.

Formula Specifications: Aspect: Cream gel, yellowish with a strong odor of potassium thioglycolate. Viscosity (RHEO ELV8, Spindle 4, 60 rpm, 30 s): 6 000 - 6 500 mPa.s pH: 12.3 - 12.8 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable
