Preparation:
Procedure • Heat separately the fatty phase and the water up to 80°C. • Introduce the SEPIWHITE MSH and tromethamine in the hot water (check the clarity) then pour phase B on to phase A. • Homogenize few minutes under high shearing (rotor/stator turbin is recommended) then add the ingredients of phase C while maintaining homogenisation for a few minutes more. • Add phase D and E under mixing then cool down the emulsion under moderate stirring. • Add the ingredients of phase F at around 45°C.
