Preparation:
Prepare the phase A, by incorporating all the ingredients, then stir under moderate speed and heat till 75°C. Prepare the phase B and heat it till 75°C.At this temperature, poor the phase B into the phase A under progressive stirring speed. Below 65°C, add separately the ingredients of the phase C. Let cool down under moderate stirring till 40°C, then check and adjust the pH with sodium hydroxide. Homogenise 30 sec at 16 000rpm.
