Preparation:

  1. In an appropriately sized container add Deionized water and begin mixing while heating to 70-75°C.
  2. Add Hydroxyethylcellulose with moderate mixing and mix until fully dispersed.
  3. Begin cooling, add Lipocol HCO-40, Glycerin and Dow Corning Fluid 193 C Fluid, mixing well between each addition.
  4. At a temperature of 50-55°C add Betafin™ BP-20 and mix until dissolved.
  5. Add Cetrimonium Chloride, mix well.
  6. When the temperature of the batch is at 40°C or below, add pre-mix of Fragrance and Liposorb L-20.
  7. Add the remaining ingredients mixing well between each addition.

pH: 4.5-6.0
