Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Weight A and D and heat up each phase to 75-80°C.
- Add B1 into A under rotor stator at high stirring. Mix for 10 min until full development of the gel.
- Add B2 under tooth propeller at 130 rpm during 5 min.
- Add C into AB with tooth propeller for 5 mins at low stirring.
- Add D into ABC under defloculator for 5 mins and then under Rotor Stator Slot at high shear for 10 min.
- Remove heat source and change agitation device for tooth propeller and cool down.
