JEEQUAT® Naturally Derived Conditioning System is a ready to use, economical skin care and hair care cationic conditioner concentrate naturally derived containing Behenyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride at a 21 % active quaternary level. An easy to use powder form can be cold-processed forming a stable emulsion that provides excellent substantive conditioning, wet combing, anti-static-properties, detangling, hair softening, suspending and emulsification properties.

Preparation:

  1. Add in the water of Phase A and begin low speed homogenizing agitation.
  2. Add in the glycerin.
  3. Slowly add in the Jeequat NDCS and mix until the batch is smooth and uniform.
  4. Add in the remaining Phase A ingredients one at a time mixing well between each addition.
  5. Pre-mix Phase C and add to the batch. Mix well.
  6. Pre-mix Phase D and mix well.
