Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure:

  1. Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. Keep A under slow stirring for 20 minutes.
  2. Add B in A. Keep under slow stirring for 5 minutes.
  3. Increase stirring rate up to maximum speed with a rotor stator blender (ex: Silverson for 2 minutes at 3000 rpm).
  4. Add C and homogenize for 1 minute.
  5. Cool down under medium stirring.
  6. Add D, E, F and G.
  7. Add H under strong stirring. CO2 is formed due to the neutralization of F and forms the foam.

Notes:

Formula Specifications: Aspect: Supple, bright, light pink emulsion Viscosity (RHEO ELV8, Spindle 4, 6 rpm, 3 min): 55 000 - 65 000 mPa.s pH: 5.0 - 5.5 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable - foam on the surface due the aeration of the formula.
