Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A up to 70-75°C under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 2. Add B into A under maximum stirring and keep under stirring for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add C and D below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
