Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A up to 75-80°C under mechanical stirring. Keep under stirring for 20 min.
- Heat B up to 75°C.
- Add C into B.
- Add slowly BC into A and homogenize for 5 min at maximum stirring rate.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add D below 50°C and homogenize at maximum stirring rate for 1min.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add E and F below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.

Formula Specifications: Aspect: Pink-orange-coloured thick emulsion. Viscosity (RVT Mobile SC4 21, Speed 2): 18 000 mPa.s pH: 6.8 - 7.0
