Preparation:
Add A to main vessel and start center-stir (prop) mixing. When dissolved, add B and mix until fully incorporated. Start heating to 85°C and add preblended C. Add D to a secondary vessel and start mixing. Add E and mix until dissolved. Heat to 85°C; then add F in order. When batch is homogeneous, add G and mix until well dispersed. When both are at 85°C and homogeneous, add the oil phase (DEFG) to the water phase (ABC) with stirring. Mix for ten minutes, then start cooling and homogenize until batch reaches 55°C. Resume sweep mixing with continued cooling. At 50°C or lower, add H, replace any water lost to evaporation, and mix until smooth. When at desired filling temperature, stop cooling and mixing, perform final quality assurance checks, and package product.
